President and Co-owner
Responsible for all aspects of marketing, operations and client satisfaction. Before starting Desert Insurance Solutions, Carrie had over 20 years’ experience with high net worth personal lines at Brown and Brown Private Client Group, and commercial lines as Senior Vice-President, Wells Fargo Insurance in Seattle, Washington. Carrie attended the University of Washington.
Chief Financial Officer and Co-owner
Responsible for financing and planning. Mark has over 20 years’ experience with finance and planning as Vice-President at the American Express Company in New York, one of the world’s most respected service organizations. Mark has an MBA from the University of Minnesota.
Commercial Lines Manager
Responsible for serving commercial clients. Art has nearly 20 years’ experience as commercial lines account executive for USA Insurance in Alaska and Brown & Brown in New Mexico. Art earned his degree from the University of Alaska.
Commercial Lines Manager
Responsible for serving commercial clients. Previously David was Commercial Lines Account Manager for Casswood Insurance in Palm Springs, California and before that was Underwriter for KFB in Glendale, California. David has extensive experience placing almost every type of commercial insurance across a wide variety of industries. He earned his degree from UCLA.
Personal Lines New Business Manager
Responsible for processing new business and onboarding new clients. Lily was previously client service manager for Platinum Insurance Services in Texas and Magnolia Insurance Services in California.
Personal Lines Customer Service Representative
Responsible for serving personal lines clients. Karen is a Coachella Valley native who earned her BA in Business Management with a minor in Finance from California State University, San Bernardino.
Account Executive-Health Insurance
Responsible for business development and service for health insurance. She works with individuals, businesses with group plans and Medicare clients. Before joining our firm she spent three years in an agency environment becoming expert on the Affordable Care Act and related compliance issues. Colleen has a degree in Business Administration from College of the Desert.
Account Executive- Arizona Division
Responsible for business development in Arizona. Kaycie has experience with insurance agency administration and completed a series of intensive insurance training programs. Before joining us Kaycie was a business-to-business account executive in Phoenix, Arizona.
Responsible for general administration across the firm. Carol earned her BA in Business Management from California State University, San Bernardino and holds a California Life and Health license.
